The staff at the Old House Village Hotel & Spa are from all different backgrounds and together they bring a unique mix of talent and expertise to the village.

Our Hotel in Courtenay was developed, built and managed by a local Vancouver Island group of business people, the Old House Village Hotel & Spa and R & R Property Management are proud of their Canadian background. Even the wooden lobby furniture comes from a local furniture maker here on the island and the timber frame construction of this Comox Valley Accommodation is a local Canadian product.

Our Courtenay Accommodations have been open since July 2006, with the expansion completed in December 2008. Guests have visited our complex from Victoria to Newfoundland, and as far away as Australia, South Africa, Jamaica, Israel, Hong Kong and other international regions. We are definitely on the map!!
